  • 300 g Celeriac
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley and chives
  • 200 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Flour
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 4 (125 g each) Camembert
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slices

    Knead the butter in pieces, sugar, flour, vanillin sugar and egg first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap dough in foil and chill for about 30 minutes.
