Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 175 g soft butter or margarine
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 75 ml (70 ml) + 7 tablespoons Baileys (cream liqueur)
  • 100 g Chocolate shavings
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Cream stabiliser

Directions

    Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and dust with flour. Mix fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with yoghurt and 75 ml Baileys in portions. Fold in 3/4 chocolate shavings and brittle

    Spread the dough into the mould. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 40 minutes. Let them cool down

    Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the cream firming agent to trickle in and finally whip 5 tablespoons of Baileys into it. Spread the cake with it. Sprinkle the rest with brittle and chocolate shavings. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. Baileys before serving
