Baguette bites with sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 125 g Pork sausage
  • 100 g Gherkin
  • 1 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/4 collar Parsley
  • 8 discs Baguette (approx. 8 g each)
  • 75 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp picking salad, parsley and cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the skin of the sausage. Finely dice sausage and cucumber. Mix mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix onion, sausage and cucumber and pour the vinaigrette over it.

    Allow a little to soak through. Wash the parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Put some crème fraîche on each baguette slice and spread the salad on top. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve 2 slices of baguette on a plate, garnished with salad, parsley and cherry tomatoes
