Ingredients

  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. walnut oil)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (glass)
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 75 g Gorgonzola
  • 2 small ripe pears

Directions

    Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the oil. Peel onion, dice finely and add. Stir in cranberries

    Clean lamb's lettuce, wash thoroughly and shake dry. Crumble the gorgonzola. Wash, quarter and seed the pears. Cut into thin slices. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade loosely. Serve immediately
