Ingredients

  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 plain lime or lemon
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar, salt

Directions

    Peel and grate the ginger. Wash, seed and chop the chili. Peel garlic, chop finely. Wash the lime. Grate the peel finely, squeeze the juice. Boil up sugar and vinegar. Stir in prepared ingredients and bring to the boil briefly.

    Season and let it cool down.
