Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel ginger and grate finely. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into rings. Clean and wash the leek thoroughly and cut it into thin rings. Peel and coarsely grate carrots.
Wash and drain the seedlings.
Heat the oil in a large pot. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes until crumbly and season. Add onion, garlic, ginger and chilli and fry for about 2 minutes. Add 1 l water and broth. Bring everything to the boil.
Add the leek, carrots and sprouts and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Season the minced meat pot with soy sauce, salt and 5-spice powder.
