  • 200 g Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON black or white peppercorns
  • 250 g dried apricots
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS Salt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Honey

    Finely grind mustard, pepper, apricots, vinegar and 4 tablespoons of water in the universal chopper in portions. Season with salt and honey. Pour mustard into hot rinsed glasses and store in a cold place. Shelf life in the refrigerator approx. 4 weeks
