Apricot groats with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 300 ml Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Cornstarch
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons (60 g) Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Powdered sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and cocktail cherries

Directions

    Drain the apricots and collect the juice. Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices

    Stir 3 tablespoons orange juice and starch until smooth. Boil up the rest of the orange, apricot and lemon juice and 1 tbsp. sugar. Stir in the starch, bring to the boil briefly. Add apricots and kiwi slices and steam for 1-2 minutes. Pour the groats into 4 dessert bowls and let them cool down

    Stir 3 tablespoons of milk, sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil briefly. Let cool off. Decorate groats with mint and cocktail cherries if desired. Add vanilla sauce

    You can easily transform the groats into a fruity cold peel: simply use 1/2 l orange juice instead of the indicated amount. Or reduce the
