Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 2 kg Apples, juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 g soft butter/margarine
  • 200 g + 50 g sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 8 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 250 g Flour, one go. tsp. baking powder
  • 100 g Cornstarch
  • 3 (30 g) easy go. tablespoon cocoa
  • 175 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 Pckch. Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Grease a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm; at least 3 cm deep) and dust with flour. Peel apples, halve and core them. Scratch the curved side several times lengthwise with a fork or cut in with a knife. Sprinkle with lemon juice

    Cream fat, 200 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in 4 eggs individually. Mix flour, baking powder, starch and cocoa, stir in portions briefly. Spread on the fat pan. Dab the apples dry and spread on top with the curvature upwards

    Beat 4 eggs and 50 g sugar until frothy. Mix mascarpone, curd and pudding powder. Stir into the egg mixture. Spread on the apples. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Let cool down for at least 4 hours. Dust with icing sugar
