Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 60 g Fructose
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 120 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 300 g Apples
  • 20 g Raisins
  • 7-10 Tbsp little fat

Directions

    Wash apples, quarter them and cut them into thin slices. Cream fat, fruit sugar and salt. Beat in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder and carefully fold into the dough.

    Fill the dough into a greased springform pan (20 cm Ø) and smooth it down. Place apple slices fan-shaped on the dough and sprinkle with raisins. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C/ convection oven: 175 ° C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down in the tin
