Mix apples, starch, 3 tablespoons sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread the filling on the dough. Set aside a small piece of the remaining dough. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a circle (approx. 26 cm Ø). Put a lid on the filling. Press the edges of the dough together. Roll out the remaining dough thinly and cut out decorations. Decorate the dough lid with it.
