  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Calvados (French apple spirit)
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground pistachios
