Wash lime hot, grate dry, grate peel thinly. Halve the fruit and squeeze the juice. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Apple wash, quarter, remove core.
Apple, except for something to decorate, mint, lime juice and peel, sugar and apple juice in a blender. (Results in approx. 450 ml) Divide into 4 glasses and top up with cold mineral water to taste.
Decorate with apple.
