Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Add milk. Mix flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a large perforated spout and spray approx. 15 tuffs (approx. 5-6 cm Ø) onto 2 baking trays lined with baking paper
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 12 minutes one after the other. Remove and let cool on a cake rack. Roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let it cool down. Finely chop 25 g chocolate and pistachios
Melt 75 g chocolate over a warm water bath. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice to a thick icing. Coat the flat side of the Americans with the icing. Coat 2-3 Americans only half with the icing, the other half with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle the rest of the Americans with either flaked almonds, chocolate, sugar sprinkles or pistachios. Allow to dry
