Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and grease a springform pan with butter.
Heat the butter in a pot and knead with the biscuits and the 3 tbsp. sugar to a crumbly mass. Spread this mixture into the springform pan (diameter 24 or 26) and press it to a base. Bake for ten minutes at top and bottom heat and let cool down.
Beat the cream cheese with the quark for five minutes until creamy. Mix sugar and flour in a bowl and add the Quakr cream cheese mixture. Add the eggs and egg yolks.
Scrape the pulp from the vanilla pods and stir into the mixture with the whipped cream. Spread everything on the cake base and bake the cake for about 80 to 90 minutes. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next day!
