Grease a baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Wash, halve and stone the plums
Put the Amarettini in a freezer bag and crumble finely with a rolling pin. Mix fat, sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with milk and amaretto. Finally stir in the Amarettini
Spread the sponge mixture on the baking tray and spread it smooth. Spread plums evenly on top. Sprinkle almond flakes over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 40 minutes
Let the plum cake cool down. Dust with icing sugar shortly before serving
