Stir the mascarpone and milkmaid. Amarettini, except for 8 pieces for decoration, roughly crushed. Fill half of the Amarettini into 4 moulds (approx. 150 ml content). Sprinkle with half of the coffee and coffee liqueur. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
Add the remaining Amarettini and sprinkle again with coffee and liqueur. Spread the rest of the mascarpone mixture on top. Chill for 1 hour. Decorate with amarettinis and brown sugar
