Wash the meat and put it in a large pot. Cover with 1.5 litres of water. Bring to the boil, add stock and cook covered for about 1 1/4 hours. Clean, wash and chop the soup greens.
Add to the meat after 45 minutes cooking time. Clean and wash the cauliflower and broccoli and divide into small florets. Remove the meat. Add the cauliflower to the broth, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Add broccoli and noodles after 3 minutes.
Cut the meat into cubes, add to the soup and reheat briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
