Watercress butter with freshly baked bread

Ingredients

  • 60 g Watercress
  • 150 g soft butter
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Wash watercress, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems and, except for something to garnish, chop in the universal chopper. Add butter and lemon juice and mix to a smooth mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Place the ready butter on a piece of cling film and form into a roll (4 cm Ø). Chill for approx. 1 hour

    Serve the spread with warm bread. Garnish with watercress

    Waiting time approx. 1 hour
