Buffalo mozzarella with papaya parma ham salsa

Ingredients

  • 100 g Baby leafs (young leaf salad)
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Papaya
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella

Directions

    Wash the salad and drain well. Peel and halve the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Finely dice Parma ham. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Mix papaya, Parma ham and shallot.

    Mix with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella well, cut in half. Arrange the salad on the plates. Place the mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with the papaya salsa and serve
